◆Indonesia 2010-2012

I have been teaching Japanese in university and high schools in Indonesia since 2004. The development of Japanese language and culture in Indonesia has been growing rapidly in recent years. The demand of both factors has been increasing too. Since then, there have been many non-Japanese graduated from the faculty of Japanese Language Education dedicate themselves to be Japanese language teachers.

Recently, Teacher Training Program that I got in Kyoto was a special experience for me. As an educator, I learned a lot of teaching abilities that I never get in Indonesia. The topic of my research is to create a support material or a collection of exercises for high school students in Indonesia. At first, I thought my topic was very easy to do because it was only making questions in exercise and arrange them in different levels. It was unpredicted that making good quality questions require creative ideas and techniques. Through seminars and guidance from my advisor, I had to redo my works many times. I conclude that "A creator of practice questions should know and understand how useful the questions for the students are. The amount of the questions does not really matter after all." I will use and realize my knowledge that I have gained at Kyoto University in my home country, Indonesia.

◆Thailand 2010-2012

I come from Thailand. I studied at Kyoto University of Education, Major in School Management. I have been given warm welcome since arriving last April. During the time the academic teacher showed kindnesses for letting me learn and gain the knowledge. I enjoyed my life for a year. I think I am lucky to get a chance to study here as a foreign research student.

◆Thailand 2009-2011

I was a teacher training student of English Education from Thailand. It was a very good experience for me to have a chance to study at Kyoto University of Education for one year in 2010. As a foreign student who was not good at Japanese language at all, at first, I had a chance to study Japanese course with other foreign students. This course helped me to get new friends from many countries such as Cambodia, Korea, Vietnam, and China and it helped to improve my Japanese language. I also had a chance to study with some graduate Japanese students who were studying for Master Degree of English Education because I did my research about English Education. It was a very good experience for me, because I could improve both of my English and Japanese language skills at the same time as we used both English and Japanese to discuss in class. When I had a problem, I got help from my Japanese friend and the staffs of foreign student department of the university. They were very helpful. Moreover, in my free time or during vacation I could take a trip with the university to travel to other city or travel and enjoy life and beautiful scenery of four seasons in Kyoto. I will never forget about living in Kyoto.

◆Vietnam 2009-2011

I am the student at KUE from April 2010 to April 2011, Just one year, but only during the short time I can not forget beautiful memories I had with teachers, staffs and students there. Teachers always helped me a lot in doing research and learning Japanese. Moreover, all the staffs at KUE are also enthusiastic, too. All of them memorize me a very friendly and hospitable country in my mind all the time. I am always happy to share my beautiful and unforgetable memories with my students and colleagues when I am in Vietnam. Thank you very much for the very good chance of studying in Japan. I wish I would be there again because I love Japan and Japanese.

◆China 2009-2011

Hello, everybody! I miss you so much! Since I came back from Kyoto in March last year, I've been missing my life there! I often thought of those good memories together with my professors and classmates in Kyoto University of Education. I really learned a lot from the seminars in English Department and the Japanese classes. I also enjoyed those colorful activities: 生花、茶道and the university festival....Are the flowers in front of the 京都教育365体育投注_365体育网址国際交流会館 blossoming? I still remember the scenes in which all the students there made plum wine! How I miss it! みなさんのいろいろなお手伝いをもらいました！ほんとに感謝しています！
